At TransferEASE our Counselors are trained and knowledgeable specialists in counseling, the appraisal process, real estate marketing and selling properties. Our Counselors create innovative, cost-efficient solutions for our customers' relocation needs, and effectively manage the entire process freeing the customer from the administration burden, monitoring performance and containing cost.
In dealing with our counselors, you have a single point of contact, work and responsibility. The same person who communicates with you, your employee, and all vendors, is the same person who manages the acquisition, resale, closing and billing. You and the relocating employee are assured of consistent, accurate, honest and open information flow from initiation through closing, funding and final billing.
TransferEASE maintains an experienced, educated supplier network comprised of realtors,
property network, solicitors, appraisers and inspection companies. These suppliers are chosen based on performance records and each supplier's results are recorded and closely monitored on our system.
TransferEASE has no financial or operational affiliation with any of these vendors. We maintain the latitude at all times to choose any broker or appraiser. Our singular commitment is to relocation management.
How We Do It?
Under the Guarantee Home Sale Program, TransferEASE on your behalf will:
- Counsel the employee on the policy and program
- Appraise and guarantee the employee's home at fair market value
- Provide professional marketing assistance in the sale of the property
- Advance equity as per policy to accommodate a purchase in the new location
- Upon takeover assume all responsibility until successful sale and closing
- Report to client in a timely fashion
- Pay all bills in accordance to policy with monthly billings to client
- Supply company with final billing and full reconciliation of file
To finalize the file we ask every transferee to complete an evaluation questionnaire to allow the transferee to comment on our performance, as well as our suppliers. We listen carefully to our customer's concerns, which become the blueprint for continued improvement.
