How Do We Do It?
Our initial role is to conduct a thorough review of each property. By completing a Marketing Assessment Survey, we can assist in establishing a realistic range of value and an appropriate marketing strategy. We will work either with the homeowner's choice of listing agent, or with an agent that we recommend based on previous success.
We review our findings and recommendations with the homeowner. At this stage, our most important objective is to ensure that the list price accurately reflects the market value for the house. It is important to remember that without a competitive price to attract prospects, even the most well designed marketing program cannot sell a home.
Throughout the marketing process, our Relocation Counselors work in conjunction with the listing agent and the employee to facilitate the sale of the home. We closely monitor the sales process to ensure that the property is receiving constant exposure and aggressive marketing. Listings are never left to sell on their own.
Whenever an offer is received, the employee is welcome to contact our Counselors to review the offer's contents and to develop an appropriate negotiating strategy. TransferEASE can provide Property Update Reports to you, the corporate client, detailing all the sales activity.
