How Do We Do It?
TransferEASE Relocation Inc. has developed programs with financial institutions to offer a special Mortgage product to our clients. TransferEASE clients are eligible to qualify for a Preferred Mortgage Rate. There are no application or appraisal fees on conventional mortgages, this results in great savings to the customer. It's a one stop shopping service for homeowners. In addition to the customer's mortgage arrangements, he/she will have the convenience of handling other personal banking needs through the same toll-free number.
All documentation and necessary details are arranged through telephone, fax with the customers lawyer or notary. The home search is much easier and more efficient with a mortgage pre-approval. Once the home purchase is completed, the financial institution arranges the new mortgage account at a branch that is most convenient for the customer.
What Does It Cost?
There is NO ADDITONAL CHARGE by TransferEASE to either the corporation or the employee for taking advantage of this discount. This value-added program is available to all TransferEASE customers.
