The TransferEASE Relocation Inc. Rental Assistance program is designed to satisfy several needs:
- Minimize the cost related to lease breaking.
- Maximize the use of available search time.
- Minimize the expense associated with the search process
When moving time is at a premium, TransferEASE's primary focus is to ensure the employee has all the essential information to help
make the process as easy and timely as possible.
How Do We Do It?
Our initial steps involve the complete review of the employee's circumstances. We will review the existing lease and advise the employee on preparing the Letter of Notice to be sent to the landlord. We then take the time to prepare a Needs Analysis Summary for the employee and family. This information is passed on to one of our network or real estate agents or property managers, who are then able to identify potential neighborhoods and suitable accommodations. During the relocation process, our Counselors are able to provide information on many specific new location needs, recreational interests, special education requirements, etc.
NOTE: Some areas may be restrictive as to the type and cost of rental accommodations.
What Does It Cost?
Some areas are serviced by rental agents for a fee. Costs for rental assistance are based on the fees normal to the area.
